Booked an Indigo air ticket at approx 3300 three months back from Ezeego, after much research on the cheapest flights available. Had to cancel it today for an unforeseen reason. 2250 – cancellation charges, 400 – handling charges from Ezeego, non-refundable convenience fee paid at the time of booking – 125. My refund – 525. Wondering whether I should take it back or split it and donate it to Indigo and Ezeego as a token of gratitude for their generosity.
P.S. No matter which airline it is or which travel website you booked from, the story of looting will be the same.
