It just hit me that 20 years ago, in September 2006, as a first-year MBA student, I started a blog space of my own – and two decades later, it is still going strong. Of course, the domain changed – from a blogspot user ID to a WordPress user ID to my own personal domain on the WordPress platform created and gifted to me with love by my dear brother, Dijeesh Padinharethil. But two decades down and close to 470 blogs later, including my pages-long signature rants, my Mommy Ramblings where I jot down my journey as a mom to my girls, and my random Facebook ramblings, I can’t help but (shamelessly) marvel at how I still keep this going with all the passion I had when I started it first. There were years when the count was lower when I was busier with work or I was struggling with my personal battles, and then there were years when the blogs just kept coming in a flurry and I couldn’t stop writing at all. All I know is that as long as I live, this blog space will live too, because as I had once written, writing is my lifeline indeed. ![]()
And to every single one of you who has followed this journey and encouraged me with your comments and reactions, I am truly thankful. ![]()
